*A new model, an upgraded concrete mixer

New constructive decisions:

  • optimized configuration of a mixing drum and a blading. The new design of a helical curve ensures uniform blending of concrete mix in all segments, reduces loading/unloading time. Screw blades are made of high-strength steel 4.5-5 mm thick. The new location of mixer helices enabled to reduce the weight of the mixing drum;
  • load capacity of the mixer is by 10% increased;
  • a higher waterline, an increased volume of the drum;
  • an improved frame design: a reinforced subframe (sidemembers are made of [-shape steel) is made of high-strength carbon steel;
  • the weight of bearing rollers is reduced;
  • a low center of gravity for a better stability when moving;
  • a conductor "pipe" mounted on lead-in blades in the mouth of the mixer prevents concrete mix from splattering when loading and splashing when driving uphill;
  • light plastic discharge trays (folding and optional) substantially simplify an operator’s work, minimize accident risks, help to reduce the weight of the process equipment;
  • the new design of the end support bearing enables to closely approach the emptying point (unloading into special containers (cups);
  • a ladder on the both sides with a platform for the operator’s convenience;
  • mixer drive control levers are located on three sides for an operator’s convenience – on the left, right sides and on the top servicing platform;
  • modern design of the KAMAZ-65115-0003958-D3 base chassis (a restyled cab), a CUMMINS engine.

The mixing drum is powered by the chassis engine (CUMMINS) through an independent power takeoff (PTO), which enables to extend a drive life, to reduce fuel consumption, reduce environmental pollution. A concrete mixer of the model 58147G features a good road performance due to a low center of gravity and a high waterline for the maximum transported load.
