Company History

  • 1973 – The Government of the country and the Ministry of Construction, Road and Municipal Machine Building of the USSR made a decision to build a concrete truck plant in the town of Tuimazy of the Bashkir ASSR
  • 1976 – The construction of the plant was commenced. Simultaneously, Tuimazinskiy Construction Machinery Test Plant was built.
  • 1977 – The first mortar truck SB-113 was produced.
  • 1980 – By Order №44 of the Ministry of Construction, Road and Municipal Machine Building, Tuimazinskiy Construction Machinery Test Plant was liquidated, and Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov was put into operation.
  • 1981 – A section of experimental samples was opened. The company started participating in exhibitions and received its first diploma and silver medal for the development of the SB-92V-1 inclined-axis mixer at the Stroydormash’81 International Exhibition at the All-Russian Exhibition Center in Moscow.
  • 1978-1982 – The following main products were developed and put into full production: the SB-89V mortar truck on a ZIL chassis, the SB-92 power-driven inclined-axis mixer on a KAMAZ-55111 chassis, the SB-126 autoconcrete pump on a KAMAZ-53213 chassis.
  • 1985 – The manufacture of the SB-159B hydraulically operated inclined-axis mixer was mastered.
  • 1992 – The SB-170-1 autoconcrete pump with an increased pumping head of 19 meters was developed.
  • 1993-1999 – The manufacture of new series of inclined-axis mixers with a useful capacity of 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 cbm on KAMAZ, MAZ, Ural, ZIL chassis, concrete mixers on ChMZAP semitrailers was mastered.
  • 1994 – The plant was reorganized into an open joint stock company – OAO Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov (OAO TZA)
  • 1999 – The SB-207 electrically-driven stationary concrete pump, the APP-24 fire-fighting foam lift were developed.
  • 2000 – The SB-207A hydraulically operated stationary concrete pump was designed.
  • 2002 – The first concrete pump with a pumping head of 32 meters on a KAMAZ-53229 chassis was produced.
  • 2003 – A cooperation agreement was signed with ANTONELLI S.r.l. (Italy) on deliveries of long booms.
  • 2004 – The ABN-37 autoconcrete pump on a KAMAZ-6540 chassis with the ANTONELLI technological equipment was developed. The BN-70 stationary concrete pump was designed.
  • November 2004 – The company became a part of OJSC KAMAZ Group of Companies.
  • 2007 –The ABN-47 autoconcrete pump on a KAMAZ-65201 chassis, the 3-section mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 36 tons on a KAMAZ-53228 chassis were developed.
  • 2009 – The manufacture of fire bluster tank trucks was mastered.
  • 2010 – The company established a business relationship with Waitzinger Baumaschinen GmbH (Germany) to produce concrete pumps. In November 2010, the plant made the first autoconcrete pump with the Waitzinger technological equipment featuring a concrete mix delivery head of 42 meters, a pump capacity of 140 cbm/h.
